A Warm Welcome in a Rural Setting

Our guests are welcomed into a friendly, rural atmosphere. The farmhouse is divided between the private residence and the ground floor, which houses the B&B. Here you’ll find two guest rooms with private bathrooms and a cozy common room designed for breakfast, relaxation, and quiet moments together.

Indoor Spaces

The bright and welcoming breakfast lounge is furnished to offer guests a comfortable space to enjoy breakfast, sip a drink, have a snack, read a book, or work on their laptop. It’s an intimate space, lovingly decorated, that invites you to slow down and enjoy life’s small pleasures.

The Courtyard and Outdoor Areas

The property covers about one hectare and includes a large fenced-in area we call the inner courtyard, with the farmhouse at its center. Just outside the rooms, a furnished patio with armchairs, tables, and chairs is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, soaking up the sun, reading, working, or simply relaxing while taking in the views of the Caiatine hills.

Next to the courtyard, the old stables still tell the story of the farmhouse’s rural past. One of them — once home to poultry — has been lovingly restored and transformed into our “Stalotto” (from stalla to salotto), a welcoming, versatile space dedicated to socializing. We’re continuing to improve it over time, and it’s ideal for small gatherings, creative activities, or moments of conviviality.

Walks and Nature

From the courtyard, guests can easily access the walking paths that cross the property, through an olive grove and areas planted in recent years with fruit trees, woodland, and native olive trees. We often encourage guests to take time for a peaceful walk: with a short stroll through the hills, you can reach the historic center of Caiazzo, just 3 km away, while enjoying the beauty and stillness of the landscape.

Experiences and Conviviality

Guests who prefer to stay at the B&B can enjoy light meals made with local products, available for purchase at nearby farms and small shops we’ll be happy to recommend. These meals can be enjoyed picnic-style — on the grass, in the courtyard, or in the lounge.

Upon request, we also host small events or workshops dedicated to art, crafts, or seasonal experiences, depending on availability.

We’re always happy to suggest restaurants, farm-to-table experiences, and traditional trattorias for an authentic taste of local cuisine — as well as places to explore, whether you’re looking for nature, culture, or sport.
