The rooms at Le Piracante are located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, on a former farm in the hills of Caiazzo. This B&B, with its “country” and “easy chic” vibe, is nestled in a rural residential setting, so the outdoor spaces are shared with the owners and any other guests. The atmosphere is usually extremely peaceful. There are no children, but there are dogs, cats, and chickens, which are not allowed inside the B&B’s private areas. An ideal setting to recharge, unwind, and perfect as a base for exploring the area. Below you will find information about the spaces and services offered.
Indoor Common area
A warm and comfortable space, perfect for breakfast and relaxing moments throughout the day. Here, guests can start their day at a leisurely pace, take a break, read, or work in peace thanks to the Wi-Fi and the quiet, cozy atmosphere. It’s a shared space, designed to be enjoyed naturally and in a relaxed manner.
The Courtyard and Outdoor Areas
The property covers about one hectare and includes a large fenced-in area we call the inner courtyard, with the farmhouse at its center. Just outside the rooms, a furnished patio with armchairs, tables, and chairs is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, soaking up the sun, reading, working, or simply relaxing while taking in the views of the Caiatine hills.
Next to the courtyard, the old stables still tell the story of the farmhouse’s rural past. One of them — once home to poultry — has been lovingly restored and transformed into our “Stalotto” (from stalla to salotto), a welcoming, versatile space dedicated to socializing. We’re continuing to improve it over time, and it’s ideal for small gatherings, creative activities, or moments of conviviality.
Walks and Nature
From the courtyard, guests can easily access the walking paths that cross the property, through an olive grove and areas planted in recent years with fruit trees, woodland, and native olive trees. We often encourage guests to take time for a peaceful walk: with a short stroll through the hills, you can reach the historic center of Caiazzo, just 3 km away, while enjoying the beauty and stillness of the landscape.
Experiences and Conviviality
Guests who prefer to stay at the B&B can enjoy light meals made with local products, available for purchase at nearby farms and small shops we’ll be happy to recommend. These meals can be enjoyed picnic-style — on the grass, in the courtyard, or in the lounge.
Upon request, we also host small events or workshops dedicated to art, crafts, or seasonal experiences, depending on availability.
We’re always happy to suggest restaurants, farm-to-table experiences, and traditional trattorias for an authentic taste of local cuisine — as well as places to explore, whether you’re looking for nature, culture, or sport.

Before you arrive
If you are considering staying here, there are a few practical things worth knowing
- Le Piracante is located about 3 km from the historic center of Caiazzo.
- We strongly recommend arriving by car. It is possible to reach the property on foot, but the road is uphill, not lit at night, and not suitable with luggage.
- Bus stops are located about 1 km away, but they are more useful for excursions than for arrivals or departures.
- Staying without a car is possible. In this case, we can assist with short trips or suggest options you can handle on your own, provide directions for public transportation and private taxi services for evening outings, and recommend a room with a kitchenette or a basket of local products for simple yet delicious meals.
- We can occasionally help with transfers, and options such as a room with a kitchenette or a basket of local products can support your stay
- Le Piracante is not specifically designed for children. However, we are open to evaluating requests from families with calm and respectful children or teenagers.
- We do not accept external pets. Dogs, cats and chickens live freely within the property and are part of its balance.
